Meet Our Staff

Mike Vastag, Founder and President
Mike Vastag founded The Professional Resource Group in 2005 bringing with him a diverse education and employment background. After obtaining his Bachelors degree in Physics from West Point, Mike went on to earn a Masters of Engineering degree from North Carolina State. He spent six years as an officer in the United States Army and held management positions in several national and international companies before deciding to create PRG.

Mike, an entrepreneur at heart, is always looking for ways to expand his business. When not looking for companies to add to the PRG family, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.


Brenna Campbell, Director of Operations
Brenna Campbell has been with The Professional Resource Group of Indiana, Inc. since its inception in 2005. Her initial role included managing operations and all internal human resource functions before transitioning to Corporate Recruiting.

Brenna graduated from Indiana State University with honors, and subsequently gained valuable experience in the non-profit sector. She began her professional career working in a residential real estate company. Following a brief stint with a large staffing firm, Brenna happily traded a huge company experience for a small one when she joined PRG.

When not working, Brenna enjoys theatre, music, Colts football, and spending time with her family.


Lisa Casteran, Director of Healthcare Recruiting
Lisa Casteran graduated from Ball State University with a B.S in Communications/Organizational Behavior with a Minor in Business. Lisa began her career handling state and local tax functions after she was recruited by General Electric Company. She spent more than 10 years in the corporate tax world working with Fortune 500 companies such as Arthur Andersen, Boeing, and Ernst & Young. Lisa has lived and worked in places such as Florida, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Upon relocating to Indianapolis, she joined Robert Half International where she was the Division Director in the Management Resources group.

Lisa joined The Professional Resource Group in 2006 and currently leads the Healthcare Recruiting division recruiting licensed healthcare professionals on a national basis.

Lisa lives in Fishers and enjoys traveling, movies, music and spending time with her baby and husband.


Doug Burroughs, Vice President of Business Development
Doug Burroughs graduated with honors from Ball State University where he obtained degrees in Marketing and Organizational Speech Communication. Doug’s career in sales has led him to successfully represent numerous products in a variety of industries and has also held several top management positions. He is professionally committed to bringing a high level of value, integrity, respect and customer service to his clients on a daily basis.

Here at PRG, Doug wears several hats including those of sales and business development and strives to continually improve both himself and the growth of the company by serving his clients needs.

Doug currently lives in Westfield with his wife, son, and two dogs and loves landscaping, collecting automobilia, staying active in Kiwanis and Rainmakers, traveling, camping, hiking, gourmet cooking, and other activities.


Briana Price, Regional Sales Manager

Briana Price graduated with honors and high distinction from IUPUI with a B.S. in Human Resource Management and Business Management. As she neared graduation, Briana took an internship opportunity with The Indy Partnership, a non-profit, economic development firm for the State of Indiana. Upon graduation, Briana was offered the opportunity to manage the Marketing and Human Resources department for a small technology firm.

Briana was presented with the opportunity to work with The Professional Resource Group in the fall of 2006. PRG provided Briana with the opportunity to do everything she loved most within Human Resources and Business Development; helpful client interaction, building relationships, and helping people during a very important transition.

Briana has been happily married for four years, and in her free time she enjoys reading, horseback riding, and spending lots of time with her family.


Brian McGillicuddy, Regional Sales Manager
Over the course of his ten year career in the staffing industry, Brian McGillicuddy has partnered with many of the Midwest’s top manufacturers and distribution centers to provide winning workforce solutions. He has started or rebuilt both light industrial and professional staffing branches in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky.

Brian’s customer focus, honesty and integrity stand out as the reasons that clients and candidates partner with him. Brian joined the Professional Resource Group in 2007.

While not at work, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, coaching, sports, reading and music.


Lindsey Johnson, Business Development Manager
After graduating from Indiana State University with a degree in Theatre and Dance in 2002, Lindsey Johnson worked for a local staffing agency before finding her way to the non-profit world of fundraising. She gained invaluable experience at a large Indianapolis-area theatre as the Development Data Manager. Lindsey joined The Professional Resource Group in February 2007 as the Credentialing Specialist for the healthcare recruiting division and is now with the Employer Solutions division.

Outside of work Lindsey enjoys acting, dancing, biking trails and spending time with friends and family, and her dog Gilbey.
